Domestic Shipping (UK)

Orders with a value under £150 can be shipped with Royal Mail’s Tracked 48 service or DHL Express. Select your preferred method at checkout.
Orders with a value over £150 are shipped with DHL Express.

If the shipping provider cannot access the recipient at the given address at the point of delivery and a parcel is returned to us, the customer is liable to pay for redelivery.

International

We offer shipping with Royal Mail’s Standard International service, which will then pass your shipment to the relevant international partner for delivery.
We also ship with DHL Express for all destinations and DHL Economy for European countries.

Customers are responsible for any customs charges incurred. This includes redelivery costs should the item be returned to sender due to any delays in customs payments.

We are unable to keep track of ever-changing import laws for all of the many countries we ship to. The customer is advised to seek up-to-date information from local government sources if you have any queries regarding customs duties that may be incurred when importing goods from the UK to your specific country of residence.

Please get in touch if you would like your item to be shipped with an alternative shipping provider. The customer will be responsible for all costs.

We are not responsible for shipping delays due to transportation issues, severe weather and any other factors beyond our control.

USA: You will be charged duties at checkout, which will cover import customs charges. In most cases you should then be able to receive your parcel with no further charges. However, as tariffs are newly introduced and are subject to change, we cannot be certain that our duties calculated at checkout will cover all costs associated with importing any particular order, in every case. Please seek up-to-date advice from your government sources, as the customer will be responsible for any extra import costs incurred.

Returns

All made-to-order items are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchange, unless faulty.

Any stock items may be returned in perfect unworn condition. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of item to organise a return. 

The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the order. Please get in touch to let us know that you wish to make a return, and we will respond to let you know our return address. Concerning an exchange, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of both the returned order, and the shipment of the new item.

Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection.
